Indian Club Tutorials ‘ 한국어 번역 ‘
Designed to introduce the beginner to Indian Club swinging.
Focus your mind on each exercise. If your mind wanders, refocus and try again. Do not start off by over-exercising. Pace yourself so that you will not be exhausted and rest if you have to. Practice, practice and more practice, and when you have done that, do some more practice.
Before you Start
Perform a space check. By that I mean holding and pointing both clubs, stretch your arms straight up above your head and check for light fittings, washing lines & other potential obstacles.
Then hold the clubs straight out in front of you and point them outwards, then slowly open your arms out to the sides and check. Twisting your trunk look behind on both sides.
Recommend you do this every time you are about to begin a session. Especially when starting.
Safety for Children, Pets and Animals
Please be very careful with children and animals in your workout space, as neither have any awareness of Indian Clubs and the dangers they present if they accidentally run into them whilst you are focused on training.
Drugs and Alcohol
Friends and acquaintances who have used drugs, or consumed alcoholic drinks, can grab hold of your clubs and can hit other friends and objects inadvertently, because they do not having any space awareness. Please be warned they can be unbelievably clumsy.
