Heartshapes with Turns

There are four swing elements in this routine.

  1. Outward heartshaped swing
  2. Inward heartshaped swing
  3. Straight arm circles, left arm swings forward right arm swings back
  4. Straight arm circles, right arm swings forward left arm swings back

During the first part of this routine, you turn a full circle to the left, followed by a full circle to the right. After which, you can repeat the sequence.

The routine uses the frontal plane and the sagittal plane.

Your feet should be shoulder-width apart on the frontal plane and heels touching on the sagittal plane.

    Hey Paul!
First of all, I love your videos. Thank you for taking the time to make a website with such a vast number of videos and information to learn from.

Just one question. Why is it that you don’t switch which hand goes in front at the bottom of your swings? Not sure if it’s like that in every video, but I only noticed it in this one.

    Anyways, thanks a ton!

      Hi Edward,
Thanks for your email and I am glad to hear that you enjoy the website. Well spotted, have just given myself a smack on the wrist. My hands should be alternating on the cross over. Yours in club swinging. Paul
