Exploring Upward & Downward Bodycross Movements

Body cross movements are swung onto planes, the frontal plane and the sagittal plane.

The downward body cross movements are started with the axes held parallel overhead, from there the axes are swung downward and crossed so that the axe in the right hand passes the body on the left, and the axe in the left hand passes the body on the right.

This method cannot be used with an axe because of the asymmetry of the design and the blade in particular.
